    As a Yoga teacher and new mom, I sought coaching sessions because, despite leading a healthy lifestyle - eating well, exercising regularly. I still felt low on energy, overwhelmed, and experienced severe PMS. Initially, I thought the solution was to improve my organization skills so I could do more in my day. However, after my first session with Taaibah, I realized there were deeper aspects of my life that needed attention, areas I hadn't recognized before.

    Throughout our sessions, we addressed several key areas that significantly improved my overall well-being. We focused on stabilizing my blood glucose levels after meals, making smarter food choices, and structuring my mornings to be more efficient. We also emphasized the importance of hydration, getting to bed earlier for better sleep, and including more protein in my diet. Thanks to these adjustments, I now feel more energized and balanced, both as a mother and a Yoga teacher. I’ve also managed to incorporate gym sessions into my routine - something I had struggled with before - and I'm sleeping much better.

    Beyond these practical changes, Taaibah encouraged me to carve out more 'me time,' which has been instrumental in reducing my stress levels. Her support went beyond just physical health; she helped me become more organized, manage my time more effectively, and ultimately feel more in control of my life.
